A few years ago, someone asked me, “What is mindfulness?”
I had no idea how to explain it.
I had felt it, experienced its impact—but putting it into words? That was the challenge. Because experiencing something and understanding it deeply enough to share with others are two different things.
That’s why I decided to go deeper. To not just practice mindfulness but to study it. That’s how I found MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), an evidence-based program developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn. MBSR combines meditation, body awareness, and psychological insights to help people manage stress, increase resilience, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence.
MBSR gave me the tools to articulate what I had long felt intuitively. It taught me how to hold space for others in a way that is both grounded and transformative. Now, I don’t just practice mindfulness—I guide others in experiencing it for themselves.
If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected—just as I once did—know that there is another way. You don’t have to choose between success and well-being. You can have both. And I’d love to walk this path with you.
